Fat Girl Update Week 2

So I followed the plan perfect this week and only lost 1.6 lbs. I'm not really complaining, at least it was a loss and not a gain, but I thought I would have lost more. It could be because I got my.......well, you know.....for the month (too much info, i know!) So I'm looking for next week to be a big week. We'll see what happens. My goal for this week is to exercise on, at least, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Wish me luck.........I'm sure gonna need it!

I have heard that the 2nd week is ALWAYS the hardest, even when you don't have your....you know... :)
I can't speak from experience, but my mom always has a hard time week 2...but GOOD FOR YOU!!! 1.6 pounds is better than none, and WAY better than a loss!

You are doing great! Much better than me. I plan on starting weight watchers again, but I know I have no willpower when it is freezing outside. This weather makes me depressed, so I am going to start mid Feb. Keep at it, your good news may encourage me to start sooner!! And thanks for the feedback on the house. And you are always welcome to come live with me!

To actually LOSE weight during that time of the month is a big accomplishment!...I'm sure you have another big number coming up soon. -My diet starts Monday, so I'll be coming to your blog for inspiration :) ;) Keep it up!!

You go girl, it will come off, just be patient. I just sprained my foot, and broke my big toe, so no excersizing for me. will you do mine, then you can get the double.. jk

I thnk you have the cutest family I have ever seen. Way to go! I know how you feel - After baby no. 3 I went to LA Weight Loss and I dropped 65 pounds. It was extremely hard. But I know if I can do it, anyone can. You are so awesome - you go girl!

The important thing is that you are continuing AND you are getting healthy. A loss is a loss and you are doing GREAT!!! I am so proud of you!

I did weight watchers for one week, followed it exactly, had extra points at the end and gained three pounds. I've never been back.

Larry is doing Aktins and has lost 17 pounds in three weeks. I would do that except I don't like most meat, cheese, and eggs.

I am so in awe of you! You have such a drive and determination that I am jealous of. Is till need to get my butt in gear and that's after posting my new year resolution to lose weight! I haven't exercised yet but I have cut down my portions. I don't think I lost any weight yet though. Keep at it Lizabee!!! You can do it!

Everyone I have ever talked to about weight loss says that week 2 is a TERRIBLE week (some even gain), so good for you for losing!!! Way to stick to it...that's dedication. Keep it up!!
