Ok....so you're right! Fat girl update is kind of negative so I'm changing the name of my weight loss posts to "Road to skinny". I couldn't do skinny girl updates because that would be a lie, so I compromised.
Anyhoo.......this week was a hard one for me. I got to feelin' down for a few days and all I wanted to do was eat, eat, and eat some more. Food comforts me, what can I say? I did eat a lot, but I also chose foods that were okay to stuff my face with (like popcorn). I didn't go over my points, although I did use a few more flex points than the weeks before. But that is all okay! I ended up losing 2.2 lbs this week for a grand total of 14 lbs! I am still struggling with my exercise goal, but hopefully with Shannon's help, I'll do it this week. So once again, my goal is to exercise Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Gosh this is the same goal I've had for three weeks now. I'd better get on the ball! Thanks, Shannon for offering to exercise with me and letting us use your house! It will be a big help! OH!!!! I also want to lose another 2 lbs! Those are my goals!
P.S. I wish I had the money to go eat at Sweet Tomatoes EVERY SINGLE DAY! :)

Good for you! That is so awesome that in 4 weeks you have lost 14 lbs!!! So amazing. I love following your "Road to skinny" so I'm glad you are giving us the weekly updates. It's fun to see your progress. Good luck this week. If you start to feel down again, give me a call and we can get together and just let the kids play!

I am so feel for you (and with you) on the wanting to eat when you are down. I also get so much comfort out of food! Glad to hear someone else does. Sometimes I feel like such a dork for that. I am way proud of you - losing weight is horrible hard! If you ever want to go walk and talk, call me. I would love to anytime! You are way impressive!!

You're doing awesome!! I have problems with the eating for comfort as well. Stress does the same thing to me. I never found anything to help. They gave lots of tips when I was going, but didn't seem to find anything that worked so if you find something, let me know.
14lbs!!!!! That's great! If you ever want to go over to KOPFC and work out with me let me know. Plus, when are you going to come over and hang out????
