Ioane left me a comment!!!!

Okay.....Ioane left me a comment on my post about our anniversary and it was too sweet NOT to post!!  (when I make my blog a book, I'll want this to be in there!)

This is Io. I just want to let my wife know that I thank her for all her love and support. I couldn't accomplish my goal in life without her undying love and support. I will always love her. I am glad I'm with her because without her I will be nothing. She's the most wonderful and amazing person that Heavenly Father send to me. She will always be mine.... By the way, she's an amazing woman and a mother... I learned a lot from her. I don't think I can do her job....Thank you honey for always being there for me...Happy Anniversary to us! hahaha

I love you the most,

Your hubby for eternity

See......my husband CAN be romantic sometimes!  I love you, hun and thanks for the comment!

Five years ago today........

.....this is what I was doing with my day. :) Me and Ioane got married in the Laie, Hawaii temple on June 26, 2003. I'm so grateful for this him! He is such a good man. He works hard to provide for his family so that I can stay home with my babies. He plays with his kids and loves being a father. He is a good husband to me (even when I fail to realize it). He puts up with me (and I don't think many people could do that)! Nobody can drive me as crazy or make me as happy as he can. Things are NOT perfect by any means, but I couldn't imagine life without him. I love this husband of mine!

It's funny how time makes you forget. For some reason I thought that we had 10 people on each side of our line, but we only had 7 people on each side. This was our line. It consisted of both friends and family.

This was our MC, Lei. We had to fill out a questioniere before hand and give it to her and we played a game and for every question we could answer right about each other, we got some money!

We had lots of good entertainment! Ioane danced at the Polynesian Cultural Center, so he had lots of friends that were willing to dance at our reception. It was fun. This is a picture of Ioane's sister Milika performing.

They made me do a "Samoan dance" when I had no clue what I was doing. At least I had danced in the Tongan club culture nights and I could have somewhat faked that, but I had NEVER dance a samoan dance before!!! It was the worst part of the whole day.......

.......but I did get money for it, so I guess it was worth it!

Ironic

Yesterday I was tagged by three different people (Kaytee, Leah and Aramie) and all with the same tag.  Ironically, I've only ever been tagged one other time and it was also with the same tag.  LOL  So I will just put a link to the answers that I gave.  If you want to check it out click here.

Stupid Posting!!!!!!

To those of you who read about Viliami's Birthday Party.........I can't get the stupid words to go where I want them to!!! So it is all jumbled at the bottom of the post. I'm tired of working with it and I'm giving up!!!! Maybe if I can gain some composure, I will try and fix it again later!!!!

Update: I fixed the post. So if you look now all the words are where they are supposed to be! I add a couple of pictures too!

Vil-nami's Birthday Party

Viliami turned two this past week and Kim and Sione had a big party for him. We all had lots of fun as you will be able to tell from the pictures below! Isn't Viliami a cutie?

This is the view we had from where the party was. It was pretty if you didn't think about why the water was actually green instead of blue! LOL This is Utah Lake!
Then all of the fun began. Kim had bought a big water slide for the kids to play on. Sea played on it for six hours straight!! He LOVE it! He also loved playing with Leka Aho. They just seemed to be the best of friends. I'm glad she was there to intertain him!! Thank Leka!
We just chilled under the pavilion and chatted. The shade kept us nice and cool and it was good to talk and hang out with those that I hadn't in a while! Matai just "hung" out too, but he was also busy trying to get into everything he should be! He is a stinker, that one! But all in all I think he also really enjoyed being outside!

Sea looks like he is crying in this picture, but he wasn't!

There is cute little James Tafea with Katie Aho. Isn't he sooo stinkin' cute??? He is just a big little guy. You should see the thighs on him!!! They are HUGE!

After all the cooking of the meat had ceased, all the boys decided it was time to play a little volleyball! They were very good to work around all the little ones that got in their way! :)

Here are Melanie’s feet and mine. I bought these shoes way back in 2004, when Dennis got married. A pair fro me and a pair for Melanie and I think mom got a pair too! They were only 5 bucks, but have turned out to be the best pair of shoes!!! I thought it was funny that we both wore ours shoes that day!

Sea got a good little "tan” by the end of the day, that really turned out to be a burn. I even applied 50 SPF sunscreen 10 minutes before he got in and then reapplied later that day and he still got burnt!!!

Matai and Ioane had both "had it". They were beat!! I had very tired and grouchy kids by the end of the day. We had another birthday party to go to that night for Iva Hunt, but because the kids were so grouchy and tired and because the air conditioner in our van decided to quit working, we didn't get to go. (Sorry Kaitlyn and Iva.....hope you had a great party and Happy Birthday!!!)

P.S. Ioane does not have a black or swollen eye. He was just making a face for the camera!

Here are the boys at the end of the day, trying to put away the big water slide. I'm not sure who won the battle, the boys or the slide???

Picture day

A week ago Monday me, Rachael and Leah took the kids to get their pictures made. We used the Target picture place, I think it is the same company that does JC Penny's pictures too. So......on the way over both of the boys fall asleep, of course! LOL Sea was pretty easy for Leah to wake up, but I could tell that Matai was still WAY tired. So we sent Gracie in first and she does a fabulous job.....she is all smiles and does what the people ask her too and her pictures turned out TOO cute! I'm sure Rachael will post them for you to see! Anyways......then it was my boys turn!! Sea with his fake smile and Matai with his crying! But even with that..........I think they turned out fabulous! LOL
Anyways......the lady at target had talked me into getting special package for 80 something dollars (with tax 93 dollars). So thank goodness after we were done, we walked around target for a little while and I started adding up things in my head and realized that if I had just used the coupon I took and bought each sheet for $3.99 that I would have only spent $35.00!!! I took it back and told them about their mistake! So she fixed it and I decided to add the smile station to my order for $4.99. I am here to say that I still have not been emailed the stupid smile station!!!!! I called to complain and they said they will submit it again and that I have to wait for another 5-7 days!!! UGGGG!!! The whole reason for getting the smile station is so that you can view the pictures before you actually get them!!!! Whatever! Anyways..........enjoy the pictures!

Okay.....we haven't done anything exciting this week at all, but Ioane gets off early today.....so we are going to make the most of it!!! We are going to the park and to see Kung Fu Panda with the kids. Then we are going to run some much needed errands. I'm just glad to be getting out of the house and I just hope and pray our van doesn't break down on us while we are out and about (or anytime soon for that matter)! Please pray with us.......we can use all the help that we can get! LOL

I also have to report that at the beginning of the week I kept thinking....."Gosh, I wish something would happen that I could blog about!" Then it did!!!! Matai was crawling around the house and it got quiet. I asked Sea if he would go look at Matai and then tell me what he was doing. Well Sea came running out saying "OH YUCK, Matai pooped!!!" I do have to say that as of late......his poop has been exceptionally stinky! So I went to get Matai to change this stinky diaper only to find him in MY room with his diaper already off!!!! Then on the floor there were little dots of poop where he had sat, then crawled, then sat, then crawled, then sat........well you get the picture! It was even on the door where he had sat down up against it! Quite gross!
Then last night I gave Sea a ice cream bar because he had finished his dinner (that doesn't happen very often unless it is chicken nuggets from McDonalds)! When he was finished, I told him to go wash his hands. Three minutes later when he had still not returned from the bathroom, I went to go check on him and he had squeezed the entire contents of the toothpaste tube onto the counter and in the sink. He had it on his hands too, because I had told him to wash his hands and he was using it as soap!!! UGGGGG! :( I do have to say in Sea's defense.........the toothpaste was multi-color and was very pretty all squeezed out! But it is the last time that I hope for something to blog for!!!!!
I didn't remember to take pictures of either event! SO SAD!

Here is a video of Matai laughing at his dad! YES, that's a watermelon on the floor in my living room. It made a good toy for the kids, but tasted like crap. I HATE MUSHY WATERMELON!

Gigi, this one is for you. I finally got Sea on video singing "I need your boobs"! Enjoy! Sorry it's a little dark.

More on 'Aisea!

This was a conversation I had with 'Aisea this morning.  This kid never fails to crack me up!
Matai was trying to get some of 'Aisea's toys.

'Aisea:   NO MATAI!  DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH THAT!!!  (about some toys of his)
Me:   'Aisea!!!
'Aisea:  OH!  I'm not the mudder?
Me:   No, You are NOT the mother!
'Aisea:  Oh! Because I'm a boy?
Me:   Yes, you are a boy.
'Aisea:  Okay....I sorry!

This is 'Aisea reading me and Io a bedtime story!

The many ways Matai can sleep!

So we have touched a little on how easy it is for Matai to fall asleep anywhere, here.  But I have some new pictures to post.  'Aisea never really went to sleep unless he was in a bed or couch or in some ones arms......so it is just funny to me that Matai can fall asleep anytime, anywhere and in any position!

I've been tagged!

I was tagged first by my sister-in-law, Cori, and then again with the same tag by Stephanie Hunt!  Hope you all enjoy!!!

How to play this game.  Post these rules on your blog; List 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 goals, 3 current obsessions/collections, 3 random surprising facts about yourself.  Tag 5 people at the end of your post by leaving their names.

3 Joys --  Obviously, all of my family!  The fact that next month all of my family will be sealed together! Beautiful sunny days!

3 fears --  Losing one of my family members, that an earthquake is going to hit SLC while we are living here and then that would take us back to my first fear!  That as a mother, I am making horrible mistakes everyday that will impact my kids forever!

3 goals -- To lose weight.  To be a more patient person.  To get out of debt!

3 current obsessions/ collections --  Of course, The twilight series!  I do collect willow tree figurines.  I'm obsessed with the T.V. show Lost!

3 random surprising facts about me --  That is hard because I'm pretty much an open book, but I'll try.  I want to someday soon own a Toyota Sienna, yes, my dream vehicle!  I carried a 10 lb 12 oz baby and a 12 lb .03 oz baby and they were both delivered a week early. (Luckily, I had c-sections!! )  I enjoy cooking, when I don't have to clean up after myself and the kids will stay out of the kitchen while I'm cooking!

I tag Kaytee, Kamaile, Sheila, Amanda F., and Carol!

Fun times with Sea!

So......I love the song by Chris Brown, With You. We listen to it and I sing it all the time. So the other night we were all sitting in the living room and I hear 'Aisea singing this song. The lyrics are "I need you Boo, I gotta see ya Boo" ONLY me and Io hear Sea singing "I need your boobs, I gotta see your boobs". I don't know if I have laughed so hard in my whole life!!! He is a character!!!!

The rest of Yellowstone

We were waiting for Old Faithful to erupt and it went from somewhat warm, to cold, to snow, and then back to somewhat warm again!

Matai took right to Mimi!

Two peas in a pod!!  I think that Poppy is 'Aisea's favorite person in the whole wide world!!!

The sun was obviously in our faces when we were taking these pictures!
These were taken next to our hotel.  The snow was sooooooo high!  Sea loved it!
