Sea's First Day of School

Sea's first day of pre-school was a week ago, Tuesday. I can't believe that my little man is old enough to go to school now. Where does the time go? He goes to school on Tuesday's and Thursdays from 9-11. While the weather is nice, I walk him to school and he was so excited to start.

Io had obviously JUST woken up.
Have I mentioned that during the week I don't wear make-up or fix my hair? I just don't see the point when I have no where really to go and when I do......my van has no air conditioning so my hair just blows wild anyways.

This is where Sea goes to pre-school. She just has the school in her basement. It is way cute!

This is the ugly picture of me walking home. Sea went right in to school pretty much with no problems and he was fine. He was a little hesitant at first and then I just said, "They're leaving you and they are going to play with the toys downstairs!" So he walked off, head hanging low, but I knew he was going to love it. But still this was me walking back home. I know......give me a break right? I couldn't help it....I was sending my baby off by himself. For those that know me well know that the only people that Sea has ever stayed with have been my mom and dad and once with Leah and once with Stephanie. I think that is it. So it was hard for me. I'm a baby!!

He was so funny running out. He had had such a good time there. And the candy didn't hurt either! LOL

This is Mrs. Amber, his teacher!

This was just to tender. But what a big boy he is going to school. You'll just love it because he'll love it. Good Luck Sea!

I looked just like you when I dropped Matthew except my face gets all puffy and splotchy so I don't look cute like you did.

It is hard to drop them off.

Love, Tif

Good to see that Sea survived his first day of preschool. We're on the waiting list.

Oh Liz, they're getting so big. I'm dreading when I'll have to take Allie to school. It seems so far away, but it really isn't, is it? And whatever about the no make-up or doing hair. You don't need it. Miss you. Hope to see you in February if we can pull it up there.

What a great chance for him to get out and socialize. And a little break for you, maybe. From the sound of it, he is having a good time. Also, that was too cute when he flashed the 'I love you' sign at the end of the video.

I want to open a preschool in my house!! But since we have lottery -funded preK here in GA, there's just not the interest. (Plus most people at church are CHEAP and wouldn't pay for preschool for their 3 year olds!)

I cried when Maddie started Kindergarten and I taught in a classroom less than 100 feet away from her. :)

Wow, is that just the cutest video ever?! Loved the pic you took of yourself! I'm sure I'll be all smiles when I take Viliami to preschool for the first time! ;-)

Preschool is great!...at first I was hesitant about putting Leka in--thinking I'm a teacher & I'm going to pay someone else to teach her?..but preschool offers things she can't get at home. she loves it and isn't it nice to run errands with just one kid & to have that one-on-one time our second child never got! :)

Aww. that's so sad. But I'm glad that he had fun! I'm sure I'll be just like you when Aaron gets that age! Man, time sure does fly!!

I'm really not looking forward to pre-school. I mean I'm looking forward to a few quiet hours, but I think it's going to be really hard for me to take that step.

When this day comes for me, I'll call you for moral support.

Too funny, my daughter is the little girl standing in the picture. She talks about her friend Aisea (sorry if I spelled it wrong)at preschool. Cute photos. I'll make sure I say hi the next school day.
